Dana Houk holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University. Dana owns and operates In Touch Coaching LLC, a business that specializes in Life, Career, and Relationship Coaching. She is also a certified Peer Coach and works with an online university as an academic advisor/success coach. She has coached hundreds of people and has spent over 1,000+ hours speaking with them. Dana is a solution-focused life coach who provides support and practical feedback. She helps clients achieve personal growth by integrating tailored coaching techniques. This allows individuals to get IN TOUCH with their true self!

Dana grew up in Redford, Michigan. She always wanted to live in California, so she decided to move to San Diego, California on her own. That is where she met her husband of 10 years now. Her husband served 24 years in the Navy. During that time they were able to live in California, Hawaii, and Japan. When he retired from the Navy, they decided to move to Scottsdale, Arizona. A place they now consider home with their two little Chihuahuas.

I provide Life, Career, and Relationship Coaching. However, I also coach businesses, spirituality, health and wellness, financial, family, etc. As a Life Coach, I can help you make your current job more gratifying, gain better focus on managing your work, and market yourself more effectively. If your reasons are personal, I can help you improve your relationships, resolve ongoing negative behaviors, improve your overall health, and grow spirituality.

In general, most of my clients have been women. Their ages range from 30-60 years old. They come to me to explore what they really want in life, future goals, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, personal growth, overcoming negative behaviors, as well as learning how to balance their life in areas such as family, friends, intimacy, fun, career, health, money, etc.
